If you are a guardian who holds Ed. Rights of a child with a disability and do not agree with the results of the individualized evaluation of your child that was conducted by the school system, you have the right to obtain an IEE. With years of experience working in the school system, we know what services and accommodations to look for and can provide valuable insight that may be overlooked by an occupational therapist who has not worked in a school-based setting. We pride ourselves on knowing the difference between a medical based and school-based model, along with the different impacts between settings.
